This is what I use when I have a path with a 'space' in it...  Granted its
for the runrmtcmd... but I would 'assume' that the syntax would be
similar...

             CHGVAR     VAR(&FTPPO) VALUE('/cmdnorm D:"\program +   
                          files"\lexicom\lexicomc -r +              
                          "office-depot\mymailbox\send" -m -l +     
                          c:\newtest.xml')                          
                                                                    
             RUNRMTCMD  CMD(&FTPPO) RMTLOCNAME(INFGW *IP) +
