We are starting to use the IMGCLG commands quite a bit to do upgrades and
ptf's.   Unfortunately, these commands (such as WRKIMGCLGE) require *ALLOBJ
and *SECADM authority.   While we on the Tech team have *ALLOBJ, the
Security team is very leery about letting us have SECADM.

Wondering how other shops handle this?   (really wondering why you need
SECADM in the first place - don't need that to load off the real CD-ROM).
