Panel group importing

Folks,

I am trying to create a test panel group (TESTPNLGRP) for a single test
command (TESTCMD) that has as its only parameter "Target Release" (TGTRLS).


I am having a hard time trying to figure out how to import the TGTRLS help
from say the CRTPGM command for use in my own panel group. I have played
around with the IMPORT statement but still cannot get the thing to work. 
                                         
:import pnlgrp=QBNCMD name='CRTPGM/TGTRLS'. 

Is this the only statement I need to bring in the TGTRLS help text and for
my command to reference it?
