I am not so sure it is because it is behind a firewall and router and not reachable, but from it not showing up anyplace, I am sure they have to consider it spam. I would say money is the reason, they control what messages get through better. Spam on my PC is one thing spam on my phone is another. how long am I going to pay to receive spam (going over the message limit), put up with my phone going off all times of the day and night.
