The Internet routing issue was also my thought. Doesn't make sense that with some folks having access and others not that it could be a browser or firewalling issue. It is just annoying. IBM has pushed most everything to the web and now I can't get to it. No doubt it will get sorted out. It's Al Gore's fault for inventing this thing in the first place.... Pete
