Have you looked at the distribution queues on the sending system (WRKDSTQ)?
They might be on hold or have some error pending.  You've probably already
checked the system storage, messages, etc. on the target system, but if you
haven't, there may be something there.

However from System B to System A,  I cannot SNADS (files and/or spooled
