Not if you use the built-in AS/400 SMTP server.  You could CC a copy to 
another mailbox. 

If you want a native solution for email you should consider investing in 
Stalker or Lotus Domino as a proper mail server solution. 

If you opt for a commercial solution for sending from the AS/400, we have 
native SMTP API's (smtp/400) that can interface with both of the above 
mail servers as well as MS Exchange or any other SMTP mail server on any 
platform (OS/400, Windows, Unix, Linux, etc.)
