When I say My Mail Server, I mean the mail Server that our company uses,
which is our ISP provider. We do not have our own in-house mail server at
this time.

I did change Host name search priority from *REMOTE to *LOCAL and this fixed
the problem. I can't say that I know why exactly which bugs me, I like to
know why.

When you say "my mail server" do you mean a mail server that you (or
your company) control?

Does your AS/400 traffic go through the same router as your email? (In
other words, it's also on the Comcast line that you are using?) I
wouldn't allow my email server to get mail from your IP address either.
You probably just need to set the mail router parameter to a valid
mail server that will relay for you.
