Oooops.... another great marketing idea idea bites the dust...(How to win friends and po customers)
I thought most of that stuff was related to the SPD stuff no longer being sold/supported.
The tape drives and disk drives do represent a serious problem to a great many folks..
I suppose we will see the GIANT trade-in sale coming very soon on tape and disk.

Several of those tape drives are in the 8xx models and are still being sold.
