The Service Director at V5R3 is incorporated into 5722 SS1. You no longer need the Licensed Program 5798 RZG. It sounds like you are trying to start the old Service Director subsystem in your start up program. End the old Service Director subsystem and remove it from your start up program.
Once you have done that, do GO SERVICE and follow the instructions from there. It will force you to do the setup. I would HIGHLY recommend that you go to the Info Center and read how to do that. There are some changes in there that you need to understand.

Yes, but pours was "broke" for some reason after our v5r3 upgrade - I need to set up/enable it.
