If I'm not mistaken those fields you added will not show up in existing logical 
if you use CHGPF method to add fields.

Have you looked at CHGPF?  If you've already got DDS, it's simply a matter
of adding your new fields, save your source, and CHGPF will automagically
insert the new fields, leaving your data intact.  LFs with explicit field
definitions will need to be rebuilt, but this will not be necessary for
simple "key field" logicals.
