Marty, no way to tell.   The techies at the outsourcing facility said both
were direct lines (I did not have to include any numbers to get an outside
line), so I assume they were telling the truth.  No reason no to.
But, you are correct, the customer is happy, and all is working fine on the
production box.  Case closed.
