First: sorry about the delay, but posted this the first time from an

I will have the customer check into the SIMM/DIMM products and get the
business partner to quote PSF since that now looks required.

I have used the knowledge database for setting up various printers before.

When you did the color overlays it sound form Paul's post that you had
to be using the IPDS and PSF. Is that correct?
