If you are downloading, what difference does it make?  I always use a 
script file to download, that way I don't have to type in the multiple 
get's.

Thank you.  I loaded WAS Express 5.1 and I am currently downloading the 5 
CD
Group PTF for it.  Maybe by next year I will be able to run it.  (When are
they going to make DVD images and / or start sending software / PTF's on
DVD?

V5R3 includes WAS Express 5.1 (5722E51) although you do have to explicitly 

install it.  I believe you can install version 5.0 as well, although you 
may have to explictly request the CD.

The WAS Base and Network Deployment versions would require a license.  A 
license for Express is included with OS/400.
