On our system it's the opposite. The QPACTLxxx controllers are attached to the QPADEVxxx devices and the QVIRCxxxx controller is attached to the named devices. Thanks, Mark Mark D. Is it that QAPCTLxx is used for specifically-named devices (telnet device=TOMH), whereas QVIRCxxxx would be for defaulted names (telnet screen device name=blank, defaulting to QPADEVxxxx)?
