Well if you use the DLB (remember HAL?) selling process anyway - obfuscate, beguile, and circumvent perhaps something like this isn't a stretch for some companies..... rob@xxxxxxxxx 01/12/2005 11:31 To AM Midrange Systems Technical Discussion <midrange-l@xxxxxxxxxxxx> Please respond to cc Midrange Systems Technical Subject Discussion Re: Fwd: Need Help Against <midrange-l@midra Unethical California Software nge.com> BusinessPractices I think you hit it Jim. Form an alliance with MS as an invitation to purchase. Pad your financials with service contracts to up the price. Upset some people? Who cares? You hope to be sold before it really hits the fan. Some states are very agressive about anything that has the appearance of fraudulent billing practices. They are a public company on the OTC exchange. Is it possible they are doing all this billing to make the financials look better? See if the SEC covers them and has a place to complain. But first you should have contact with them & see if they clear it up. It was not hard to find contact info on their website... http://www.calsw.com/calsw/company/worldwideoffices.asp HEADQUARTERS 1241 Puerta Del Sol San Clemente, California 92673 Telephone: (949) 498-9300 Fax: (949) 498-9201 jim ----- Original Message ----- From: <rob@xxxxxxxxx> To: "Midrange Systems Technical Discussion" <midrange-l@xxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Wednesday, January 12, 2005 10:56 AM Subject: RE: Fwd: Need Help Against Unethical California Software BusinessPractices > Invoice spam?
