Why do your operators need a "console", to run in restricted state? If they don't need restricted state, then just have them use a tn5250 program from their PC as a console. If they do need restricted state, they could use the HMC client. I think it's the HMC version of PC Anywhere. Haven't installed it yet, but I want to.
