HMC and other consoles

Can you use the HMC console and other console(s) as well?  We want the tech
staff to get at the HMC console remotely if needed, but would like the
operators (who need a console) not to touch the HMC.  

Can we set up Ops Console and still have HMC acting as the console when
needed?
