^M is a Carriage Return

PASE is expecting the unix convention of LF (linefeeds) as the line 
delimiter and not CRLR as is used in the Windows/DOS world.

You'll need to write/save/convert your script file to use LFs only.

Your pre-defined "StartTSM.sh" may already be correct.
