Yes,

We pull an type 6717 model 070 machine out of storage.  One of our operator did 
an attempted upgrade from VR4 to VR5.  Now when we IPL the machine we get a No 
prepared IMPI units available.  

Do we need to do an Install License Internal Code & Initialize system?
