Maybe not... the cheapest one I found was over $200. Of course, that includes emulation software, so I guess it's to be expected. I'm just used to PC components being around $100 (or less). Heck, I just paid $129 for a 250GB network drive, and I paid under $300 for a complete computer. I paid four bucks for a four-port USB extender. $200-$300 for an emulation card when the terminal it emulates costs $50; that caused a little sticker shock <grin>.
