OK, you're close, and it's confusing, but to set the record straight. 

There was WAF, and the world was good. 

Then there was a new product, VisualInfo to which you could restore a
PTF that gave you WAF-looking APIs.

VisualInfo became Content Manager for OS/400, with became Contact
Manager for iSeries. This is a different product from Content Manger for
Multi-Platform, which is also different from Content Manager for iSeries
on Demand.

This is one of my guys doing this, not me. He can quote product numbers
5722-VI1 vs. 5722-RD1 etc. At this point IBM is sending a developer on
site to help resolve the issue. 

This is not the forum to do it.
