WSCST Help Needed

OK, I've done basic stuff for printers with WSCST objs. I understand the 
concepts and how to modify, compile and use a WSCST obj.  What I have is a 
client that I don't have remote access too and is in GA while I'm in OR, 
so I can't just hop into the car and go on site.

They have purchased a number of HP 6122C Deskjet printers already and now 
want to use them via Client Access. IBM's "Support for ASCII Printers from 
HP" says to use *HP520 and that the printer uses PCL3. So far so good. We 
can print but the Top Margin is .5 inches and it needs to be .25 inches. 
The previous printers ( I think Epsons ) worked fine. I used the RTVWSCST 
with *TRANSFORM and *HP520. Now here's where I'm a little confused... The 
PRTDTASTRM says HPPCL4 not HPPCL3 ( or what ever ) like I would have 
thought.

I have 2 docs "Changing the NOPRTBDR ( No Print Border ) Tags to Increase 
the No Print Border" # 86256C2007D0E74 and "Changing the INITPRT ( 
Initialize Printer ) Tag to Move Text Toward the Top of the Page" 
#86256C2007D0DCE which is referred to by the first doc. 

Long story short It looks like there might be several ways to do this in 
these docs, Anyone done already bad have simpler or already made WSCST to 
do this? I'd like to get this done with one 1 or 2 trys.
