Thank for spotting the error in the code. The problem that I postedcould it happened because on conclusion the CLLE is issuing a RCLRSCrather than RCLACTGRP?

Maybe, but that would still imply a bug in your code somewhere. NeitherRCLRSC nor RCLACTGRP should be needed if your code is written properly.
