Not exactly true, but close. The Assesment tests are writeen along with 
the 'real' tests. They are written by the same people and at the same 
time. Really the only rule is that once a particular question is 
published on an assesment test it will never appear on a 'real' test 
since it is effectively in the public domain. Other than that there are 
the same number of questions in each section and they cover the same 
material as the 'real' test.
