I think I recall someone here did something similar for one of our customers
once.  Customer was creating a test environment on the same system in a
different library and wanted to change the hardcoded library name in 1000s
of QRYDFN objects.  It was a one-off exercise, but sounds similar to what
you want to do.  Send a note to info@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx to get the
details as I don't know them all.

This is a simple question. 

A few of our developers have changed a number of database files (added 
fields, .. etc) some simple changes

There are hundreds of queries (*QRYDFN s) written against these database 
files

Is there anyway to UPDATE these queries (*QRYDFN s) in a batch environment 
?

It will be too tediuous to interactively update individualy each of those 
*QRYDFN s. 

I know exactly wich queries (*QRYDFN s) need to be modified. I used the 
RTVQRY command for this ...
