I'm going to be upgrading my system this weekend so a very good backup is very 
important.

I would like to do a "go save 21" (Save entire system).  The wrinkle is, I need 
to leave the system in a restricted state when this finishes.

Would the best way of doing this be to change QMNSRBND to not do a STRSBS QCTL? 
Is there another way?

If I modify QMNSRBND would I need to rename the program in QSYS and move the 
modified program to QSYS temporarily?

Any other ideas?
