Don't know about disabling the X, but you might try this. Go to the Edit|Preferences|Exit... menu Check the checkbox next to "Confirm an Exit Session" Click "OK" to save the change. Now if you click on the X, you'll get a dialog box asking you to confirm that "This will end the session." It doesn't prevent the user from clicking OK and ending the session, but it should help guard against accidents. Hope this helps!
