Now I just need to obtain a copy of the certificate they created. I can't do it by accepting via a browser and using the certificate management to find it, because only a FTPS server is running, not a HTTP(S) server.

How would an HTTP server help, anyway? This is a client certificate they're sending, not a server one, right? You're the server, aren't you?
