Not in my experience. First it still doesn't like the column. Then you
get the grief that you are not grouping.
     C/EXEC SQL
     C+ Declare C1 cursor for
     C+ Select System_Table_Schema as library,
     C+ System_Table_Name as file
     C+ from qsys2/systables
     C+ having file='IIM'
     C/END-EXEC
SQL0206 30 46 Position 17 Column FILE not in specified tables.
SQL0122 30 43 Position 17 Column SYSTEM_TABLE_SCHEMA or expression
in
                     SELECT list not valid.
SQL0122 30 44 Position 17 Column SYSTEM_TABLE_NAME or expression in

                     SELECT list not valid.
SQL0119 30 46 Position 17 Column FILE or expression in HAVING
clause
                     not valid.
