Assuming that the records contain > 122 bytes, and "easy" means without
programming then no.

You're going need a custom program to do this.

IMHO, the "easiest" way if you happen to be at least a little familiar
with the IFS APIs is to write a program that loops through the 240 byte
file, writing the data to a temporary stream file in the IFS.  Then
reads the stream file in 122 byte chunks and writes out the 122 byte
file.

It certainly can be done without the temporary file, but them you have
to add extra code to handle the difference in buffer sizes.
