So what is an approximate cost of WebSmart? I've used Websmart for approx 5 years at one customer. It is a very effecient tool. There is a pc development "client" and a required iSeries "server" (mostly error handling, etc) and requires very little overhead. They client & server can be purchased separately The generated RPGLE seems very efficient. This tool has been enhanced continuously, has great support, and for the order entry system I wrote, it's been many years since any issue needing a support call. As with any tool, the payback is in generating applications faster, cleaner than just coding the rpg/cgi yourself. jim franz ----- Original Message ----- From: "Luis Rodriguez" <luisrodriguez@xxxxxxxxxxx> To: "Web 400 midrange forum" <web400@xxxxxxxxxxxx> Cc: "Midrange" <midrange-l@xxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Thursday, December 29, 2005 10:31 AM Subject: WebSmart anyone? > (Posted to the Midrange-L and Web400 lists) > > Hi all, > > Has anyone used BCD's WebSmart product?
