You could analyze the source member created by the RTVQMQRY command.
Here is the output I got when I ran it against one of our queries:

  FROM      QGPL/PASTHRLG T01
  WHERE     FUNC = 'START'

  ORDER BY  001 ASC

Here the PASTHRLG file is qualified within the FROM clause
of the SELECT statement.
