Boss says we want a product that does x, y, z. Other bells and whistles are cute but not part of the needs request. After that, price becomes the deciding factor. Looks like the $995 package is going to win. Vendors: Make sure you put "undelete" on your product specification web page. And I guess if one has to ask for price (versus posting it on your website) that basically says that you're a fool if you pay list. And, if you DO force people to fill out a form to "Dancing Nancy" to get the price then it would be nice if she gets back to you very promptly. Rob Berendt
