All, Is it possible to use the references clause on a create table and have the library list searched for the table that is referenced? For example, in: create table ServicePhone ( Service char(6), Phone char(13), Primary key (Service), Foreign Key (Service) REFERENCES Rsvphy01 (B4BYCD) ) I'm creating the ServicePhone table in CISLIB, but I want it to find rsvphy01 in HISDEVGEN. I don't want to hard-code the library names since this is the development side of the world. As it happens, in production both ServicePhone and rsvphy01 would be in the same library. -Walden ------------ Walden H Leverich III Tech Software (516) 627-3800 x3051 WaldenL@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx http://www.TechSoftInc.com <blocked::blocked::http://www.techsoftinc.com/> Quiquid latine dictum sit altum viditur.
