Perhaps I've not been exposed to a bunch of different applications, but 
are there applications out there that do a CHGCURLIB or some such animal 
to determine where to build new files?  Most of the applications I've seen 
retrieve the file library from a data area.  And then do a CRTPF 
&FileLib/myfile  or some such animal.
