Jobs receive higher CPU priority and an interactive job can bring the
system to it's knees.  Especially IT people who run queries or other
large jobs interactively.  I do not recommend this.

First, thanks for all of the input from everyone.

Secondly, it seems setting up another QINTER type subsystems is a chore.
Maybe one that needs to be done.  However, what caveats are there if I
chose to use QCTL instead?
