Backup RESTORE IN DIFF VERSIONS

Hi All

I  want to take   a backup  from  V5R3 ISERIES  AND   RESTORE TO V5R2 ISERIES   
 DEVICES LIKE  (*SAVF) , TAPE, OPTICAL DEVICE  .         CAN  ANY ONE  HELP TO  
GET THE COMMAND 

IF  FOR SAVLIB
          
       SAVLIB LIB(DATABASENAME) DEV (TAP01) SAVACT(*LIB) ACCPTH(*YES) 
OMITOBJ((QS*) (SYS*) 

IS IT NEED TO MENTION TARGET  ISERIES  
IF  COMMAND DIFFERS  PLEASE MENTION IT
