How to tell what option a ptf is for

Is there a way to tell what option a ptf was for?  For example how do I 
tell if a ptf is for *BASE or option 33 of 5722-SS1?  I am not seeing it 
at the ptf cover letter website.  I am trying to order ptf SI19556 and I 
get messages like CPF8C3D-Product for PTF 5722WDS-SI19556 V5R4M0 not 
supported.  I am able to order other ptf's.  I think in the past I've see 
where they muck up the ptf and have it go to options that no longer, or 
never did, exist.  Then I have to point out their error and go from there.
