Charles,

I don't agree.  I would bet that the reason that Microsoft doesn't 
support it isn't technical, it is $$$.  They would rather sell a new 
license rather than support the movement of a license from one PC to 
another.  Technically there is no reason why it won't work.  It is 
probably done hundreds, even thousands of times a day, successfully.  
But Bill needs the money.  Thus, it is "unsupported".
