First, look at the original program.  Since it is a CL program there is a 
98% chance that it is a CLP and not a CLLE program.  Therefore a simple 
DSPPGM should show you the following:
Source file  . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . :   QCLSRC 
  Library  . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . :     ROUTINES

Then do WRKMBRPDM ROUTINES/QCLSRC or whatever your library is, and you'll 
be "in like Flynn".  Take the 2 to edit and the 14 to compile.
