I am interested in implementing formal change control in our IS
organization. We are pretty small (2 iSeries developers, 1 .NET developer
plus me), but our pace is going to be increasing. We have a relatively
un-modified older version of BPCS but a fair number of customer "bolt-ons".
I want to include code as well as documentation in the change control system
if that is feasible.

This effort is part of an overall effort to improve our project management.

Do you have any thoughts on how I might proceed?

Thanks.

Note to vendors: feel free to respond off-list, but such responses will be
ignored for a few months while I get my arms around the topic.
