Duane - Warning:IIRC, taking away *JOBCTL will also disallow use of CHGJOB by this user profile, so if this command is used in any programs that the user is running, the programs containing the CHGJOB command will need to be owned by and adopt the authority of a user profile that has *JOBCTL special authority.
