Very appreciated everyone's opnions, I found some software TimeZone/400(http://www.inprointernational.com/tzndoc.htm) and anydate(http://www.asc-iseries.com/anydate.htm), but they all have some limited. So Lpar is proper solution now. Hoping IBM can support timezone by USRPRF in the future. Thanks yours help.
