A few ideas ... PERHAPS you can ... 1. Restore A to C 2. Put C on top of the library list, remove A from the library list 3. CRTDUPOBJ of the logicals from B to C --> This should force the access path to the files in C 4. Move the logical files from C to D OR, you could ... 1. copy the LFs from B into A 2. copy A to C (or save/restore) 3. delete the LF's from A 4. move the LF's from C to D OR 1. copy A to C, copy B to D 2. RMVM the members from the LFs in D 3. ADDLFM the members to the LFs in D. 2 & 3 can be done in a CL, spinning through the outfile from DSPFD FILE(B/*ALL) TYPE(*MBR) OUTPUT(*OUTFILE) OUTFILE(D/FOO) and issuing the RMVM and ADDLFM commands Good luck! -- Tom Jedrzejewicz tomjedrz@xxxxxxxxx
