Forgot to mention that there's also a job description parameter there that

Look at the parameters on the scheduler entry and set it up so that it
submits as the correct user.

I placed a job on the job scheduler to run today at a particular time.  The
job looses the library list that has the pertinent files in it for the job.
But what is so strange I can place a 10 (Submit the job) and it runs ok).
Has anyone every seen this happen before.
