You'll like the SWI module. One client uses that to provide management 
with a "portal" for all the key info they need. Another has married it up 
with the RJS document management system to allow customers to come in over 
the web to view the details of their accounts, and if they wish, click on 
a link to get a pdf copy of their invoices.  The best part for my client? 
No programming. All I did was tie the components of the tools together.
