My MAILTOOL utility will allow this. normally with it you create an HTML document in the IFS, then use MAILTOOL to send the email specifying *ATT as the message, and the first attachment (which would be your HTML file in the IFS) will be placed as the message body. The only other change you need to make is specify text/html as the content-type parm on the MAILTOOL command, which defaults to text/plain. I don't believe there is any way to do this with SNDDST.
