First of all, iSeries Access V5R3 had a service pack release yesterday: http://www-03.ibm.com/servers/eserver/iseries/access/casp.html Personally, I use the iSeries Access emulator and Mochasoft. My preference for Mochasoft stems from the small footprint & fast load times. And the ability to use the mouse scroll wheel to page up/down. I use the iSeries Access emulator sometimes as well. I find it works a little better as a remote console through the HMC. I've had no needs crop up that have made me look further than these two. There's a version of the Mochasoft emulator for my Treo PDA/phone (and most other platforms) so I can do remote access without any iSeries Access for Web overhead. John A. Is Access for Windows still the emulator of choice ? As I recall, most conversations regarding older versions of CA start with the phrase "I hate that software". If it is still hated, what are the other options ? -- This is the Midrange Systems Technical Discussion (MIDRANGE-L) mailing list To post a message email: MIDRANGE-L@xxxxxxxxxxxx To subscribe, unsubscribe, or change list options, visit: http://lists.midrange.com/mailman/listinfo/midrange-l or email: MIDRANGE-L-request@xxxxxxxxxxxx Before posting, please take a moment to review the archives at http://archive.midrange.com/midrange-l.
