And when you consider that Trevor is from a country that's 'upside down' it's pretty easy to see how he didn't see the Out hanging further down the sentence. Actually knowing Trev. I'm darn sure he saw it, chose to ignore it, and used it to try to set me up as some clown who wears tools for jewelry.

Word order can certainly affect semantics. Consider the difference between a CHAMBER ORGAN and an ORGAN CHAMBER. Or between a RAILROAD PASSENGER and a PASSENGER RAILROAD.
